Worked over even number of stitches
Row 1 (Wrong Side): S1, P1, *with yarn in back S1, P1, *repeat til end of row
Row 2: S1, K1, *with yarn in front S1, K1, * repeat til end of row
Back of flap
Turn heel as you would with a regular heel flap. You can find this stitch in the Vogue Stitchionary Volume 1 under Linen Stitch and the Barbara Walker Treasury under Fabric Stitch.
