Uninspired

I’ve been feeling very non-crafty this week. I think it’s all the snow and gloom we’ve been getting.

I’m a bad shop updater. I didn’t get the self striping stuff listed and it some still needs reskeinned. I’ve barely been knitting too. I did get the cuff and heel done on the mate of the Robin’s Egg Sock.

Jacki tagged me for the 6 unimportant things meme.

1. I’m right handed (with terrible penmanship).

2. If it weren’t for REM I don’t think I would’ve survived high school. I barely listen to them now but the love is still there.

3. I like taking naps.

4. I am currently obsessed with cupcakes. I want to learn how to make the fanciest ones out there (beware this is yummy viewing).

5. I don’t plan on spending much of my economic stimulus package. I like how Uncle Sam is complaining Americans don’t save enough. Then they scold us when the economy starts to tank. As a side note, I find myself thinking of this commercial over and over and over again.

Perhaps I need a yarn pig to slap me around. But then I found this. Isn’t that a bit hypocritical? Who’s sending mixed messages now AICPA?

At least they fixed the contacts update page on Flickr. I felt mildly annoyed and disconnected when the same photos from all my peeps were up for days.
