Not much happening
October 27, 2007
Is it Saturday already? Not much has been going on this week. I’ve been scouting for some awesome handmade Christmas gifts too. I’m trying to use some etsy shops.

I just love Piddleloop’s shop. They use the cutest fabrics and make bags in different sizes. One will even hold your current sock knitting project. Jen is just the sweetest to deal with.

I bought some hand made soaps last night. Turns out the one shop, FlameWorks, is right up the street from me. How cool is that? The other shop cracks me up cause I have an Aunt Nancy. I may have to give her a bar as a joke. I cannot wait to try them out.
I also love this store. She makes charms from old photos, books and glass slides. The Halloween ones are kick-ass but the two I love are gone. I’ll have to keep an eye out for the Christmas editions.
Jana sent me some photos of her awesome pair of socks in the sport weight Trick-or-Treat. Great job Jana! I adore seeing what happens to yarn after I’ve mailed it out.
I’ve been working on the Sierra socks. The pattern is really looking fantastic. I’m about to turn the heel. But I have a bunch of dyeing to do this weekend. I hope I have time to finish the first sock.
