Moo Cards and New Blog

I ordered some moo cards. They are too cute. I may include them in some etsy shop orders. Hopefully, I will get some more yarn dyed up for this shop this weekend despite the full social schedule. I want to get some Hula Punch and Painted Desert up. I’ll see how inspired I feel. I don’t want to end up with mud.

I’ve been working on some Yarn Pirate socks in the One Planet colorway. They are turning out really swell and I even used a lace pattern! I’m not overly fond of lace patterns in general as errors stick out like sore thumbs; I find you can hide mistakes much easier in a cable or textured stitch. I’ll get some pics up when I am further along (I’m almost done with the cuff). This will be my first pair for the Summer of Socks knit-a-long.
